Shipping Information

We ship to US and Canada. We use major carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight companies for the shipment. Our standard Shipping allows your product to be delivered within 3-10 business days from the day they are shipped. For expedited shipping requests, Please Contact Us. Remember, UPS will not deliver to a P.O.Box - a physical address is required.

Orders to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico

Extra shipping charge and special arrangement are required to ship to these areas. Please Contact Us for these requests.

Shipping Damage

In case that your order, in whole or in part, is damaged by the carrier, it has to be claimed with that carrier. We will replace damaged merchandise but cannot be held liable for the actions of the shipping carrier. Please inspect your item carefully upon delivery and notify us immediately if there is any damage or defect.

Shipment/Delivery Times orders are generally delivered within 14 days. Customers who are concerned about meeting deadlines should contact a Service/Sales Representative. Rush orders on screen-printed apparel items are available for a 10% rush charge. Rush orders are delivered within 7 days.

Product Returns or Exchange goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time and are of the highest quality. Accordingly, accepts returns and will refund payment if and when customers are disappointed by merchandise for one of the following reasons:

Should above situation occurs, customers should contact us for return or exchange within 7 calendar days after the product has been delivered. Please follow the following steps:

  1. Contact our offices during normal business hours and explain that you wish to make a return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange. You will receive a Return Authorization Number, with other instructions such as return address, etc.
  2. Write the Return Authorization number down in large print on a piece of paper and place it in the top of the box with the product.
  3. Item must be returned in original condition, in the original packaging, undamaged, and never used, in resalable condition.
  4. When the product arrives, it will be examined and we will issue the appropriate refund to your credit card within 3-5 business days

Note: No return/exchange will be honored without Return Authorization Number.

Order Cancellation

  1. Order can be canceled only if the order has not yet been processed. Please contact us as soon as you need to exchange or cancel.
